If you tag @needhamwoodworks in one of your social posts, you may receive a request from us to feature your image. This will be a comment on your social post from the Needham Woodworks Instagram account asking for permission to publish your photo.
Please reply to that request with #yesNWW to give your permission and agree to the Terms and conditions set out below. Your social media account name will be displayed with your photo.
How will Needham Woodworks use your content and other information provided?
You will retain legal ownership of any rights you own (including copyright) in any photo you upload. However, by replying #yesNW you grant to Needham Woodworks, LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, assignable, sub-licensable license to use the photo in the manner set out below.
Needham Woodworks's Webpages and Social Media
We may use your photo on Needham Woodworks's webpages, including the Shop Instagram page, product pages as well as our email marketing, and in editorial and advertising content on our social media channels, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.
In addition, by replying #yesNWW you also grant Needham Woodworks the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, caption, or other identifying information in connection with the use of your photo.
Needham Woodworks will choose and publish uploaded photos at its absolute discretion. Needham Woodworks is under no obligation to use any of the photos it seeks permission to use.
Campaigns and Owned Channel Usage
If your image is really special, we may want to use your photo in a wider marketing or advertising campaign. This could include using the photo in any of the following formats:
PPC Advertising, Direct Mail, and Brochures.
If we’re interested in using your photo for one of these campaigns, we will contact you again to ask for your permission and provide you with our terms for usage.
General Usage Terms
By replying #yesNWW, you warrant and represent that (i) you own all rights (including copyright) in the photo uploaded or, if the photo is subject to third-party rights, you have all required licenses, rights, consents, and/or permissions to publish the photo and grant the license described above to Funky Chunky Furniture, and (ii) you are over 18 years of age.
To the extent permitted by law, you also agree to waive any moral rights you may own to any photos uploaded.
Needham Woodworks may use, edit, alter, reproduce, translate, publish, or create derivative works from any photo uploaded at Needham Woodworks’s sole discretion.
Third Party Sites
Users of the Needham Woodworks site can share the photos displayed on Shop Instagram and product pages across their social media.
Please note that while Needham Woodworks can remove photos from our website, we are unable to nor are we responsible for, the removal of any photos shared or posted by third parties on third-party sites which are not under our control. If you wish to report a photo shared on a third-party site, you should contact the third party or third-party site directly.
